Tim Kiley
Tim Kiley is the Founder and CEO of Transparent Retirement Group, where he leads the continued growth and evolution of a financial services organization built around transparency, education, and a more comprehensive approach to retirement planning.
Born and raised in Clearwater, Florida, Tim attended the University of Tampa on a baseball scholarship before going on to play professional baseball with the Chicago White Sox organization. He later brought that same competitive drive, discipline, and leadership mindset into the financial services industry.
With more than a decade of experience, Tim has helped build TRG beyond the traditional single-advisor model. His vision is to surround clients and advisors with an extensive team of professionals across wealth management, retirement income, Social Security, healthcare and Medicare, insurance, and estate planning — creating a more coordinated approach to the financial decisions that impact retirement.
Today, Tim continues to lead TRG with a focus on innovation and growth, investing in technology, education, and specialized resources while challenging traditional approaches to financial services. His vision is simple: build a more transparent financial organization, bring the right professionals to the table, and continually find better ways to serve clients and their families.
